請各位高手給出主意，謝謝！

我的NIW I-140已經批準； 最近勞工卡又批了。我不知道勞工卡這條路還要不要走下去，I－140 還要不要file。 NIW對於我來說有更大的自由性，對我來說是最重要的。律師建議我再file一個I-140基於剛批準的LC，說是多個option。我不知道律師的建議是處於什麽考慮？多賺律師費？請問再file一個I140會不會影響另外一個已經批準的？如果INS發怒了，會不會影響485呢？NIW140批了，485有多大可能性被拒呢？而且，LC和NIW都是屬於EB2 同一個category， preority date基本沒區別。請各位大俠給建議。謝謝！謝謝！謝謝！
