NIW, RFE(VSC), strange thing happened

I've submitted my RFE for more than one month, and still there is no result coming out. But today, I found my H1b got a LUD, no status change. That H1b was renewed and approved last Oct.
That's strange, did any one has the same experience? Is there anything to do between I140 application and approved H1b?
