hi. should I stay in the USA or go to Canada?

I works as pharmacist in the USA and My I-140 was approved (priority date: 4/03, eb3). My empolyor likes to hire me till my green card's coming out. I got canadian PR last year and passed canadian pharmacy board exam. It will take another year to get a canadian license. I am exhausted and frustrated on USA immigration. I don't want to wait for the last minite to move to canada. Currently, it is not big deal for pharmacist to get a job in CANADA. Should I go to CANADA?
