交了140，沒交485，填Federal tax form應該選yes莫

有一項，問到關於身份調整的問題，
During 2005, did you apply for, or take any affirmative steps to apply for,
lawful permanent resident status
in the United States or have an application pending to adjust your status to
that of a lawful permanent
resident of the United States? If “Yes,” explain

不知各位前輩都是怎莫填的，我覺得應該填yes,然後寫“I applied I-140", 這樣可以嗎
？請高手指點一下，多謝多謝！
