Just got the RFE. TSC Officer #005, does anybody knows more detailed info about him or her?
Look at the following, it looks like I didn't convince them at all in the petition letter!!!
"Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if the alien were required to obtain labor certification from the US Department of Labor. Would a US worker with the same minimum qualifications be able to perform the same occupation and serve the national interest to a similar degree? How will the individual alien serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree that other individuals in the field? Please submit persuasive documentary evidence to substantiate your response.
Submit evidence that demonstrates the alien's "specific prior achievements" which would justify the projected future benefit of the alien to the national interest. How has her work impacted the field as a whole?
Submit documentation that shows the alien's skill or background are unique and innovative and serve the national interest. Does the alien possess any special skills,knowledge or abilities that could not be articulated on a labor certification? Do the alien's skills differ significantly from others doing similar research?
Have the experts in the field recognized the alien's work?
How do the alien's publications separate from her others in the field?
How does the alien's work compare with the work of others in the same field?
