I don't think that you need to attach that alough it is not going to hurt you. Here is the checklist of my hu*****and's I-131. His situation is the same as yours:
1. Form I-131
2. Copy of H-1 approval notice
3. Copy of I-485 receipt
4. Copy of I-140 approval notice
5. Two color photographs with Alien Registration Number (A#) on the back.
6. Application fee of $170.00
7. A copy of Form I-94 (front and back)
8. Copy of passport identity page and Alabama driver's license

I might have overprepared but it doesn't matter since our I-131 was approved in 3 weeks at TSC.
