It is the same format as that in your original submssion. However, you need to pay particular attention to the questions raised in the RFE. It is better that your letters stress on what have been asked in RFE. Also you can include a letter from your boss, stating the questions in the RFE and answer specially to that. Your boss can explain that you have shown him the RFE letters and he is trying to address the questions in the letter.
