Change of Address?

I posted this question once before. But I would invite more clarifications here. Thanks a lot in advance.

I just moved myself into an appartment in a city I am working on H-1B now, while my family will stay in the previous city until the summer of 2007. I will be traveling back and forth once or twice a month between the two cities till then. Do I have to report my new appartment address to USCIS.

I checked with an attorney office who is doing my H-1B transfer. I was advised NOT to file a change of address if I still keep the previous city as my main residence. I got confused here. Actullay, I will mainly live in my new apprtment although my family still live in the previous city.
