I am upset because we, the customers (as they call), who pay them with not only the fees they collected, but also with the tax collected by Uncle Sam, were completely out of the loop to affect their procedures.

Transfer usually is a disaster for present cases, including mine. Check what happened in LC application you will know what I mean.
