The thing is that my PERM application with the above job requirments has been approved. To qualify for EB2, do I have to file another PERM application? Actually, I am thinking about quitting my current job and moving to another city.

If I have to apply under EB3, or have to start the PERM from the beginning again, I would choose to quit when I find a new job. With my qualifications, it would be ridiculous for me to file under EB3. Thanks.
