Thank you very much for your suggestions. Her I485 as well as her AP depends on my I-140. My understanding is that if my I-140 is denied, then both our I-485 as well as APs will be denied automatically. Then, she will have trouble for using AP when entering US.
If not denial directly,then she may come back during the time of preparing RFE. Is my understanding right?
Have you seen any cases got direct denial? Thank you?
