著急!請問Xiaobaitu及其它有經驗的人士這E-MAIL是什麽意思?

On March 16, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.
看網上說有可能收到也有可能收不到信,也不知是什麽內容.我們3月17日做的FP,也沒見網上更新,已過了PD,真擔心,我們是不是可以打電話問問?謝謝!
