H1延期問題

請問各位一些一直困擾我的問題:(1)若我在H1第七年拿到LC,且申請了I-140,但到第七年
結束前,I-140未批準,而且申請未滿365天,那我有辦法延長第八年嗎?(2)H1第七年的開始
日期是連接第六年的最後一天,還是看那一天批準的呢?
