回複：VSC EB-1 OR, ND:9/28

Mine is EB1OR VSC too. ND is May 2nd, 2005. I didn't get any LUD up to Feb. 28th, 2006. By the end of Jan, 2006, the processing date is already in September, 2005. I was very worried and called the lawyer. He made an inquiry to VSC. After 20 days, they sent a letter back saying my case was under review and would be decided within 60 days. After another 20 days, it was approved. (Mar. 1st, 2006) You probally just need to wait a little long. If nothing happens again, ask your lawyer to make an inquiry. Officailly lawyers can only make such inquiry for cases significantly behind the processing dates.
