I-140 approved in January, but with wrong priority date. My lawyer filed request to correct right away, but haven't got anything back. Considering the 140 was approved in one month. I am a little nervous. Talked to the INS customer service twice and got different answer. The first clerk I talked to asked me to fax the request, which I did. The second time, I called in, another clerk said INS didn't accept fax request.

My lawyer wanted to wait for another month before he goes to AILA liaison for help. I have made an appointment
