where to get duplicate approval notice? Emergency

I am in H-1B right now, I only have a copy of I-797. I submited the application for duplicated approval notice of I-797 two weeks ago, I will have a business trip in April.How long will it take to get the notice? Is possible to get the approval notice from local office and use the copy notice to apply the new H-1B visa n Canada?
