怎麽讓新公司出permanent position letter?不是tenured faculty，工作怎麽會是永久的呢？怎麽說服公司這不是一個big committment,employment is still at will.

謝謝了，實在是沒辦法，現在的老板很壞。不想在受欺壓了。
