請問我的case批準了嗎?

The online status for my I-485 case shows the following message.

On January 23, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

請問我的case批準了嗎? 他們郵寄出來的是否是綠卡？

I did not receive any card, so I filed an I-90 form to TSC to request a new green card. They replied with a letter stating that an authorized card was never issued. What happened to my case?
