WoJian,pls. Question on I-130

My siutation: F-1 visa, arrived US 5/8/2002. I am filing for GreenCard based on Marriage, hu*****and is US citizen. on I-130 form, information about the beneficiary(which means me.) not very clear how to write:

1. Arrival/Departure Record (I-94)
2. Date arrived
3. Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on From I-94
4. Has your relative ever been under immigration proceddings?
5. Name and add of employer ( I am a student with no job, should I write N/A or the school as employer)

ON my I-94, there is only one arrrival date 5/8/2002. Then how can I answer above 4 questions? Thanks a lot in advance.
