To Mytwocent and Xiaobaitu,urgent!!help please

My lawyer file my PERM 5 days ago, but my HR still not get any confirm email of employer's awareness of the filing of this application from DOL.HR tried to contact DOL but no one replied so far.Does DOL changed policy that not send out confirmation email anymore?Or something wrong with my application?If anyone have similar situation,please advice.
