It's too late to resubmit. Because It has missed the October 1st cut-off date. USCIS informed me that they will refund me the application fees. My wife's EAD and AP will be expired immediately whan I get checks from USCIS.
But it's totally my lawer's mistake, he admitted and I have evidence.
What should I do to relieve my pain?
