Actually I start to work from Jan 3rd. But my OPT application was seriously delayed: they asked for additional documents: transcripts. I argued with my boss and he agreed to pay since Jan 3rd. And I filled out the form today to get my pay roll. My friend told me that I will have trouble in H1 application in both cases: I do not have any payment in 70 days or unauthorized employed.
What can I do?!!!!
