根據我掌握的消息,EB2 最早10月才CURRENT. 等不及了,想回家順便開國際會. 140批了,485還沒遞. 老婆F1,一起走. 我是H1身份,非簽證. 搞植物學研究.回家簽H1沒啥危險吧? 140 批文是利還是斃? 那個H1批文的上半部分被單位拿走,我隻有下半部分可以吧? 那個I94是機場交上還是簽證時要用? 聽說沒問題,但沒事例,還不放心.
