轉 到 Washington DC 的 移 民 局 總 部 Adminstration Appeal Unit,所 以 不 知 是 否 會 對 新 的 申 請 有 影 響 ， 最 好 是 能 分 開 不 同 的 服 務 中 心 進 行 。 (如 果 你 的 老 板 的 機 構 在 其 它 州 有 office，就 可 以 在 另 一 個 州 遞 新 的 140 申 請 ， 由 那 裏 所 屬 的 移 民 局 服 務 中 心 審 理 ， 上 訴 則 還 在 原 來 的 中 心 )
