To mytwocents

Right now I only can submit I-140 but not I485. When I fill I-140, do I have to include my current status, such as J-1 waiver, H-1 approval, my visa and others?

I read the instruction of I-140 and it doesn't ask these. Am I right?

I did by myself and forgot these things.

Please give me some suggestion, thank you a lot
