氣死了，因為愚蠢的律師perm被deny

我們的PWD(prevailing wage determination)是10/19/225 (it states that it's valid at lease 90 days, not more than 1 year). 愚蠢的律師把expriation date 填成12/31/2005，少於90天。就這麽一個愚蠢的錯誤導致perm deny. 現在怎麽辦？ 能appeal嗎？我不想refile因為我們以前的廣告也正好過期了(9/1開始作的廣告到現在抄過半年)，如果refile的話又得重新作廣告，就又得耽誤兩個月前後加起來priority date要推遲半年。
另外告訴他家一下這個愚蠢的律師是washington D.C 的張先正(sams chang)，滿嘴謊話，開始說他們辦了很多perm,現在又說我們是第一個。手下的服務態度奇差，大家千萬不要去找他拉。
