Questions to Xiaobaitu and other Da4 Xia1

Everybody has seen that the EB1 and EB2 has been speeding up quite a lot, but the EB-3 just does not move forward.

How do you evlauate such situations? when the EB-3 could be move forward?

Do you recommend that I am going to apply another EB-2 through PERM and use my preority date of EB-3 (Mid of 2003), so that I may be able to file I485 at early next year.

It seems to me that I have to wait another two years to come to the position of filing my 485 under EB-3.
