懇求各位高人H4回國能否再拿到簽證，謝謝了

嶽父突染重疾，現在ICU,太太心急如焚，想回去探望，她已10年未回國，請問她的H4身份能否再拿到簽證，有無風險，煩請各位知情者不吝指教，如果攜兩幼子同行，與簽證有幫助嗎？再次感謝大家
