Xiaobaitu and mytwocents, Please help on my decsion: if it is wo

I need you help me on a decision need made this weekend. My parents should be back to China by March 25 but they want to stay here illegally for another half year to help me take care of my baby. Will this affect my GC application (140, 485 pending). Thank you very much. Wait for you reply.
