I-485: Please help!!!

My friends,

Please advice me!!!

I was just told that my I-485 application
has been transfered to the local INS office.
What does this mean? My I-140 was approved
1.5 years ago through EB-1A, my I-485 application
was filed in July 2002.

Please advice me why my application is
transfered from the Vermont INS center
to the local INS office?
