昨天下午公司已經把新的LCA作為補充材料寄出去了.同時還有一封律師起草,老板簽名的信.大致內容如下
This submission supplements our earlier submission in which we neglected to submit a certified LCA, and instead submitted only an uncertified LCA. At this time, we respectfully request that your offices consider this submission and grant the I-129 petition that we have filed on behalf of our employee.

We are aware that this submission may cross in the mail with a denial of the I-129. If that is the case, please treat this letter as a Motion to Reopen.

應該今天寄到,不知道能有什麽結果.
有朋友建議我們:如果一直沒有消息,可以直接去當地移民局查詢.還有人建議我們給議員寫信尋求幫助.你覺得可行嗎?
