去VISA BULLETIN注冊一下

為什麽不去VISA BULLETIN網上注冊一下,這樣當新的VISA 號出來的時候,它就自動的發到你的EMAIL郵箱中了。綠卡就是把你等到“哀莫大於心死”的時候，它就來了。我們已經等了快四年了，還沒來。麻木了。
