關於J1 waiver 求救，非常感謝！

我曾在2003年持J1簽證來美，2004年回國，半年後在國內重新申請簽證，又持F1 簽證來美自費讀碩士，預計明年5月份畢業。想在這裏找工作不得不辦豁免，看到壇子裏絕大部分都是博士後博士在辦豁免，我很是心虛。
請教一些問題，請有經驗者不吝賜教。

1。我該如何寫申請理由給領事館？
我可否寫 “我想碩士畢業後繼續讀博士”

2。給國務院 的statement 該怎麽寫？（A statement demonstrating why the exchange visitor is eligible to receive a waiver of the two-year
home country requirement of the exchange visitor program.）
我想這個應該更重要些，也更難寫

我是自費讀碩士，沒有老板sponsor.
像我這樣的又沒有通過希望阿？為辦這個waiver我要花好大一筆錢， 國內單位結清關係 4 萬 人民幣（簡直是訛詐），可又沒辦法，求著人家。這邊又要花400多刀，要是沒什麽希望，我這錢花得太冤了。
