mytwocents, Have question about Labor Certificate

My LC priority date is May, 2003. EB-3. I have following questions:

1)Do I have to receive 45-day letter before I get LC approved? Some co-workers PR date is later than mine but get 45-day earlier than me, is it possible?

2)By your experience, how long I still need to wait for my LC?
