I am very sorry to hear that your petition was denied. However don't be too sad. If you think your background is strong enough, you can hire a good lawyer to appeal. Otherwise it's better for you to accumulate more achievements and re-apply. You have enough time to let your dream come true. You can extend your H-1B up to seven years (or nine years?)when your new I-140 is pending. Good luck.
