any experience on CPT?

Does anyone know any college or university can start the CPT as soon as student enter the program? I have four month gap between OPT and the start of H1 of this year. But my company cannot hold the position for me for so long time and they donot agree to work as an volunteer. CPT is the only way i figured out. but most of time the school can only start CPT after one year in program. Can anyone share the experience? Thank you so much!
