Xiaobaitu and others: Help on PERM refiling

I applied Labor Certification two years ago, but never got a job order. So it is eligible for refiling under PERM. However, since my job scope changes, mainly because I own a different component from before, the refiling could be considered a new one with a new priority date.

My H1-B 6 year limit will expire on July 2007. If my Perm is refiled on Sepember 2007, and then a new priority date is used (September 2006), I would to able to extend my H1-B in July 2007 because of the 1 year requirement. Is it possible that I can still extend my H1-B on September 2007 when the 1 year requirement is satisfied?
