AP & EAD郵寄問題

於3/1/06到郵局用delivery confirmation寄AP 和 renew EAD的材料到同一地方.其中一份於3/3/06 delivered. 而另一份則出現這樣的信息:

We attempted to deliver your item at 1:05 pm on March 03, 2006 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

我想USCIS肯定不會去pick up.USPS多久會把材料退給我,我好再寄.用什麽方式寄最好.謝謝.
