Regarding citations, as i mentioned all the time, the number of citation is not critical. The key is how they showed the influence of your work.
You can include them. But do not stress on them oe even do not mention them in your petition letter unless your have some review citation or papers citing your work in paragraph(s). If so, you can apmplify those citations by saying how prestigoius of journal and how famous the author who cited your work......., just think about it, such a Big Fish cited your work, and then officer can figure out how big you are !!!!
