totally understand. Here is what I think.

I worked several years before I came to the US. In China, I lived without any dignity. The supervisors, in high level or low, treat people like slaves. (and, A judge asked me-my company- for a bribe.)I really really hated that.

But now, I can understand why they do that. I don't hate them any more. There are too many people there and too little resources. They have been having to fight to get what they need since they were kids. This experience makes people hate each other. But here in the US, there are lots of resources and much fewer people. They don't need to fight to get what they need. In fact, they need to make other people to like them to have fun. This is why US people are more polite. It is not because they are noble in spirit, but just because they have to, exactly same thing as the Chinese people do in China.

Anyway, I know US people treat me much better than Chinese treated me. but still I love Chinese more. I think there's no need to give a reason for this.
