My RFE was identical with yours since I read yours in this forum, and I answered all the questions (in manner of one by one, just like replying an examination). Perhaps your lawyer is right. I provided 108 Exhibits in the original petition and 53 more in response to RFE. Be patient, one of my friends got his I-140 approved in three months after submitting his RFE.
