我以前持國家教委公派J-1, 若此次再持J1出來，在美國能否辦豁免呢？若駐美大使館不給辦的話，能否辦單方麵豁免呢？

我現在在國內一大學，感覺人事複雜，待遇也差，而原美國老板也想我繼續給他工作。
