My questions are:
1. How can I prove that I will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available U.S. worker having the same minimum qualifications ? In my recommendation letters, ererybody has mentioned this point. Can I get more independent letter to providefurther evidence ?
Letters are NOT enough! You need some objective evidence. This is especially true in NSC.
2.You must establish you have a past record of specific prior achievement that justifies projections of future benefit to the national interest. You must establish, in some capacity, your ability to serve the national interest TO A SUBSTANTIALLY GREATER DEGREE THAN THE MAJORITY OF YOUR COLLEAGUES.
In my application I have showed that I have 7 first author paper, including on paper has inpact fact over 18. I also have the journal's senior science editor's prove letter. What can I do ? My another paper is accepted recently (Impact fact 6.5), should I add it in my RFE response ?
Comparison, comparison, comparison! You need to focus this point in your evidence.
3.Regarding the grant, it is easy to get copies with my name on it. But what if my name was not on the grant, I am the person who actually participated the research ?
Get the boss' letter to prove your contribution, or some other hard evidence.
4. Regarding the citation, I have included them in my original application, what can I do?
If they ask, just prepare and submit again.
