The reason you got RFE I think is that you did not stress the influence of you work on national interest and on your peer's studies or your case not well organized and presented.



Overall your RFE is just a regular RFE notice. The main point is to demonstrate that you will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available U.S. worker having the same minimum qualifications or to demonstrate that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required (basically they are the same thing).

You need look for more independent letters (3-4 including your boss letter to evaluate your current performance), collect all possible new evidence (including those mentioned in your RFE if any), compose a new petition letter (RFE response letter) with all new supporting evidence and/or some old submitted evidence (no need to resubmit it but it is ok to use it again in your new petition letter).

1): Yes,



2): Yes, Journal impactor factor is a good indicator too. just add it. You need to give a detailed deion of your prior work (whatever you did, the area doesn't matter) but focus on the influence of your work, such as any awrds and citation, or any recognition of your work received by others.

3): if name not on it, ask your boss to write a additional letter to declare that you are the key person in your current project. Your independent letter should also indicate that you are indispensible in your field.



4) look for new citations if any. But the point is Do not stress on the # of citation, look for review citations from your submitted, stress on that or any paper cited your work in a paragraph.
