Are you DIY or having a lawyer? I think you need to get more evidence: indep. letters, more specific details to support the third prong. As a general rule, this one is most difficult to tackle. Focus on what you have done, don't dwell on the "prospectives".

So you are a postdoc? Your area is certainly "hot". Focus on your record in details, not on your projections.

How many days did VO give you to handle you RFE?
