I-130 petition (spouse of green card holder)

I am a F-1 student, and my OPT will exprie in the beginning of Sep. I just filed I-130 petition (my hu*****and is a permanent resident). Also, I will have a baby here at the end of the month.

I am just wondering if I can I legally stay while I am waiting for the available immigration visa.
