這個關於LC申請的廣告問題有人知道嗎？

聽說通過perm辦綠卡在剛開始申請labor cert.的時候用的招工廣告需要是當初辦h1b時用的廣告，是真的嗎？這樣一來那h1工作的這幾年經驗，職位變化什麽的不都沒用了？如果剛開始的廣告隻是個很general的招工廣告，那豈不是根本不可能辦下來labor cert.了？到底是怎樣的？
