Can I still change job? My H1B amlost 6 yrs

I have been on H1B with current employer in bayarea for almost 6 years, it will expire Oct this year. Labor has been filed years back but the case is still pending. H1B will be renewed on a yearly basic after current one expired according to HR.

My wife is also on H1B and her labor was approved last year. I am with her case also and she is waiting for 485 filing.

A very known company ( Cisco ) recently contacted me with an excellent opportunity, with my current visa background, do I have any chance to change job?
