準備用AP回國.如果到時候孩子的H4延期沒有下來,會有問題嗎?

孩子的H4六月底到期.我們準備月中旬用AP回國,如果到時候新的H4沒有批下來,會有問題嗎?另外,用AP回國,出入境都需要什麽手續?
