B2 holder is allowed to attend short seminar, but is not allowed to attend school.
任何人可以開公司,但必須有工作許可(如H1)才能為自己的公司工作. 也就是說,你必須雇別人來經營你的公司.開公司後並不就意味著可以申請綠卡.
